6 week Inner Peace and Self-Discovery Mindfulness Meditation Course

In this transformational Mindfulness journey we will take a deep dive into the operation of our own minds. We will discover how meditation supports us in releasing our attachments so we can live more freely. We will learn how to let our thoughts and emotions move through us rather than rule over us. And we will learn how the clouds of ego block the radiance of our Higher Self which is always shining, and deepen our connection with all beings.

 

 I teach either from my home meditation studio in Spokane Valley, WA, or via zoom. Each weekly private meeting will include a new lesson to guide you along the path. These lessons provide the knowledge framework through which your meditation practice can expand. It is essential that a meditation practice is combined with the knowledge necessary to bring that practice into daily life. Each meeting also includes a guided meditation structured to support the weeks teaching. The meetings will last between one and one and a half hours. This course is designed to not interfere with any religious beliefs. Instead, this practice can support any personal spiritual path if you have one. Like any journeyer who embarks upon an adventure, you can be certain that you will be transformed by this experience. It will not change who you are, but how you relate to the world around you.
