3 week Basics of Mindfulness Meditation Course

If you already know how you want meditation to fit into your life and you are looking for basic instruction, this is the course for you. If you are looking to lower daily stress, live less anxiously, and take advantage of the multitude of other health benefits achieved through mindfulness meditation, but are not looking to deepen your spirituality or change your lifestyle, this 3 week course will help you get a simple daily mindfulness practice established.

This course consists of a one hour long meeting each week via zoom. Each meeting includes a guided meditation with the teacher. The first meeting will establish your practice, then the following two meetings will guide you through any troubles you are having, as well as introduce techniques for improving the effectiveness of your meditation.
